Profile

Your full name and email address. The name appears on team lists and audit surfaces; the email receives alerts, weekly digests, billing receipts and password resets, so keep it an address you actually read.

Workspace

  • Workspace name. Shown in the sidebar and used on PDF reports and client portals when white-label branding is not set.
  • Logo. PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP up to 1 MB. Also used on client portals and PDF report covers.
  • Industry. One of SaaS and Software, E-commerce, Marketing and Agencies, Finance and Fintech, Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, Travel and Hospitality, Legal Services, or Other. It informs prompt suggestions and, in future, benchmark grouping.

Plan

A summary of your current plan and its headline limits, with a link through to Billing and Plan for changes.

Appearance

Light, dark, or System, which follows your device setting. The choice is stored per browser, so it does not follow you to another machine.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is available to the Owner from Settings. Personal information is removed from active systems within 30 days and expires from encrypted backups within the rolling 30-day backup window. Billing records are retained for 7 years because United States tax law requires it. Export anything you need first, because deletion is not reversible. See the Privacy Policy.
